Featured Contributor: Da'ryl Victoria of DreamchaseHERs
In my wildest dreams, I want to be the dopest version of myself buuut, influential like.. Oprah. — big dreams right? We’ll I’m actually crazy enough to think that one day it’ll happen. Until then, she’s one of my “mental mentors”. 🙂
During this journey of becoming an entrepreneur I’ve had hundreds of ideas. Some of them you see big names doing now, however, I didn’t know where to start. I used to get upset when I seen other people doing things I had written in my “business journal” many years before. Frustration would rush over me because I would feel like they “stole” my ideas! How dare they get the praise and glory for something that I thought of back in 2010? What did they have or do that I didn’t? It was simple. They acted upon those ideas rather than letting them remain dreams– they made it a reality.
How sway? How!!
I would repeatedly ask myself, “how did they do it?”
While not understanding that sometimes the answer is with someone who has come before me and went through it already. So then I made a list– A list of everyone that I had admired in business throughout the years. After that I began doing research on each one of them.
I couldn’t control my desire to become as successful as they were. I wanted more. And this is when my “mental mentors” began giving me the most incredible, life changing, thought provoking, honest, and inspiring gift I could ever ask for — knowledge.
Here are my Top 30 Influential Books that I feel every fearless woman should read while on her journey to becoming an entrepreneur or badass bawse.

This was an interesting read because I thought it would be coming from a more serious tone with deep intentions, but to my surprise, Mallika is just as quirky and crazy as I am.
